Stress, anxiety and overwhelm are constantly flowing up and down in our lives. Being part of our ongoing calming zone for teachers will give you ongoing support and training each month. This will ensure you have a growing bag of the tools, techniques and support you need available to you when you need it.
New Techniques every month
These will include some simple breathing techniques to help calm your body and mind, meditations that can be done easily through to some yoga stretches along with many, many other wonderful, effective advice. Some will be pretty simple, some will be more advanced but they will all be ones you can use to reduce your stress and feel great!
Live Sessions Every month
Members of The Calming Zone team will be providing live sessions each month for you to join.
Here, you will be able to speak directly with them. These live techniques will compliment the trainings already put through the Zone each month.
The topics we will cover are, and will be in the future, broad in scope and variety.
The power of being in a community of your peers is huge and always of value. But for teachers this may be even more so because teaching can be isolating and individual so being able to talk with other teachers, share wins and worries in a safe place is of great benefit. We have a teachers zone and a mangement zone so you can connect with understanding and empathy

How do i know if the calming zone will be for me?
As a teacher there will in our experience always be times when you have stressful situations, this builds up in our subconcious and can lead to all sorts of issues. If you are a teacher then being a member of the calming zone can only benefit you.
Do i need to be a tech genius to watch the live trainings?
Not at all, the live shows are really easy to join and dont cost anything on top of the regular membership. Of course if you have any issues gaining access to any of the zone Kevin and his tech support team are on hand to help you out .
How can i access the calming zone
Once oyu have purchsed your membership you can come into the zone in a couple of different ways. Firstly and computer will give you direct access in. Secondly we have an APP that you can use to access everything in the Zone
What can i expect when i go into the zone?
The zone is on its social platform, you wont be bombarded with adverts or people trying to sell you things, the only thing you will find in there is the training and a group of other teachers. We are really aware that we are helping with stress and anxiety not wanting to add to it.
I want to try it for a month is this ok?
Of course thats why we have the monthly membership, come on insee if you find it useful and if you find what you are looking for and wish to cancel thats no problem. Alot of the teachers that join love the community aspect as they can be themselves without fear.

The Calming Zone is something I am very passionate about, I've seen first hand just how devastating stress and anxiety in teaching can leave teachers feeling like they have no where to turn and no one to help them sometimes even leading to catastophic results.
